On the improvement of state legal policy against illegal bankruptcies

Abstract

In article the basic reasons of insolvency (bankruptcy) of the commercial organization are considered. The role of the state in providing stability of economic system by means of realization of legislative function is noted. The questions of efficiency of bankruptcy forecast methods developed by European specialists in relation to Russian enterprises are raised. The connection of efficiency of realized techniques depending on insolvency criteria is noted. The practical recommendations for the solution of the raised questions are offered.
