Informatization of public election observation as a means to counteract abuses

Abstract

In the article the basic mechanisms of counteraction to violations at elections, influencing realization of will of electors are considered. The role of legitimacy of elections in ensuring the stability of socio-political system of society is noted. Thus by means of realization of law-making function of regional authorities the offers on perfection of the operating legislation are made. Practical recommendations for the solution of the raised questions are offered.
