Formation of a competent model of innovative process of tourist organizations of the reclamation sphere

Abstract

the article presents a competent model of the innovation process, built on the basis of a dual concept of determining innovations: in terms of competencies that need to be developed and from the standpoint of the innovation process that should be implemented in a tourism organization. The structure of the innovation process, which is divided into primary, supporting and developing, is justified.
