Abstract

Abstruct: The characteristics of the forensic automotive expertise in the example of an accident that occurred as a result of an attempt to start the engine of a KamAZ 5420 vehicle are considered. It is concluded that in order to conduct an accident examination, it is necessary to simultaneously study both the technical and legal points of view.
