PROBLEMS OF LEGAL REGULATION OF MEDICAL WASTE DISPOSAL IN THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract

The article is devoted to an urgent problem in the field of environmental safety-the legal regulation of medical waste management at the level of national legislation, as well as trends in the regulatory approval of the existing system of medical waste disposal and is intended to expand the understanding of what legislative measures are being taken at the state level to counter cases of abuse of medical waste.
