Problems of methodological support of some forensic examinations types in Russia

Abstract

The article points to the need to improve and update methodological support, to develop a unified methodological approach for some types of forensic examinations in order to exclude expert errors. The discrepancy between departmental lists of genera and types of forensic examinations was noted due to the lack of a unified classification of forensic examinations.

In order to improve the methodological support of forensic experts, it is proposed to organize, update and intensify interdepartmental interactions, consider amendments to regulatory legal acts of Russia.
