On problems of law enforcement (law draft support)

Abstract

This article analyzes the problems of law enforcement in the aspect of legislative support. The authors identified problematic issues that require consideration for further improvement of the legislative process in the law enforcement sphere. The authors cited legislative cases and ways to solve this problem through consolidated interaction of all subjects of the legislative process. It is proposed to develop comprehensive approaches to solve them.
