The article reviews and analyzes the dynamics of the main performance indicators of the State Scientific and
Technical Center "East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Practical Center" Daryn ". The development and analysis of
performance indicators of educational institutions is conditioned by the needs of real management practice, the need to assess
the appropriateness of spending budget funds.
The functioning of an effective system for holding school olympiads, extracurricular activities and regional
competitions, integrated into the world educational space, by 2020 is provided with the help of such facilities.
Ensuring the accessibility of participation in school olympiads, extracurricular activities and competitions of
regional scale is carried out on the basis of the implementation of the direct and qualitative characteristics that are presented
in this article.
In addition, conclusions on the technical condition of the facility and its staffing with fixed assets are substantiated.
The personnel of the enterprise is analyzed, the qualitative characteristics of the personnel and prospects for further
development are given.
