Abstract

Many articles are devoted to the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms, revealing the relevance of this issue, the solution of which is one of the main responsibilities of any state. It should be noted that the state responsibly carries out its duties through a certain system of norms, principles, mechanisms and various procedural and legal rules that are directly intended to implement the duties assigned to the state. The international system for the protection of individual rights and freedoms has undergone a long and difficult journey in its formation and development. Over time, the international system of human rights protection began to be used (or understood) in a broad, correlative sense: that is, it consists not only of the specific object of individual rights, but also of the fundamental freedoms inherent in them. As practice shows, in the life of every person situations arise when his rights, freedoms and legitimate interests can be violated or challenged, and an obstacle to their implementation is created.
