Applications for measurements in the field of radio communication using unmanned aerial vehicles (drones)

Abstract

With the advent of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for various applications in recent years, many new ideas, simulations and research results related to the automation of UAV operation processes have appeared in scientific publications. This article will consider specific applications in which UAV drones can be used to measure various parameters and characteristics during the operation of mobile systems and various microwave emitting elements. With the help of a UAV, the measurement of various parameters can be performed autonomously, tied to various algorithms for processing the measured results, which minimizes measurement errors.
