The study of information systems for the preservation and processing of the properties of scientific works

Abstract

The preservation and processing of scientific works is complicated by the increase in their number and diversity. The purpose of the article is to identify and describe the basic principles of working with scientific papers, the processes and stages of this work, the mechanisms for implementing the principles and solutions to the problems of organizing the storage and use of scientific data. The study examines and describes the principles on which the storage and use of scientific data, including scientific data, can be based. The main purpose of the organization of work with scientific papers and the central direction of the principles is the effective use and processing of scientific data. To solve scientific and organizational tasks, a hierarchy of mechanisms is established that can be used when working with scientific papers. The article presents the main processes/stages of the life cycle of scientific papers and research processes based on them. A number of accepted models of such life cycles were considered.
