Analysis of the scenarios of socio-economic development of the East Kazakhstan region and the development of the ideology of this development

Abstract

In the article, on the example of the East Kazakhstan region, a number of specific scenarios of strategic development
of regions are considered, their advantages and disadvantages, scope, limitations and risks, possible results of development
are studied. Such scenarios as inertial, investment and innovation-active were studied in detail from the considered scenarios
of the region development. Special attention was paid to the innovative-active scenario, its main directions and the tasks
facing it.
A generalizing analysis of the current state of the main economic sectors of the East Kazakhstan region and the
possibility of using the scenarios of development with the characteristic of their growth potential and possible problems. It
was also discussed about the main opportunities and barriers facing the implementation of the goal for the development of the
tourism and recreational sector of East Kazakhstan.
The features, the General potential of the region and the place it occupies in the economy of Kazakhstan were
considered. In addition, the article gives specific proposals for the development of ideology of the region.
