Psychological and legal aspects of interrogation of minors in criminal proceedings

Abstract

This article examines the forensic characteristic of criminal offences committed by minors. Criminalistic characteristic includes the analysis of traces of criminal offence, careful study of the environment in which the offence occurred, identification of motives and possible suspects, in addition to the analysis of social, psychological and educational conditions that contributed to the commission of the offence
