Alash – the pride of the people

Abstract

The article examines the Alash idea, born at the beginning of the twentieth century, which continues to serve the interests of sovereign Kazakhstan. The difficult time of the Kazakh people fighting for their national independence, showing heroism and resilience, is revealed. The main goal of the work is to analyze the activities of representatives of the national intelligentsia in the formation of statehood. The Alash idea, born at the beginning of the 20th century, will remain in the memory of subsequent generations. This shows the direct continuity of yesterday and today in the political history of sovereign Kazakhstan. From this point of view, one can evaluate the Republic of Kazakhstan as a concrete embodiment of the Alash idea.
