Prevention of corruption and legal responsibility

Abstract

In modern society, the prevention and prevention of corruption in many states is one of the pressing issues. The relevance of this issue is related to the application of the experience of clean states, which have currently achieved success in the fight against corruption. The article analyzes the ongoing work to prevent corruption in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Explanations are given on the types of legal liability provided for corrupt acts.
