Abstract

This article considers the use of equity as a source of financing is limited, since it depends on the dividend policy of distribution of net profit. An economic analysis of the structure of equity and other sources of financing makes it possible to establish reserves for improving financial stability, which are necessary to develop a financial strategy and substantiate the main directions of the economic policy of capital management of a commercial organization, as well as to adjust management decisions on the optimal ratio of debt and equity, reduce the level of financial risk.
