Abstract

The article analyzes the quality of judicial administration in the Republic of Kazakhstan as a crucial factor in building public trust in the judicial system. Key components of judicial quality, such as legality, objectivity, impartiality, efficiency, accessibility, and transparency, are examined. Special attention is given to issues related to frequent legislative changes, the professional training of judges, and the shortage of personnel in the judiciary. The article discusses important aspects of judicial quality control, the role of independent oversight, and current issues of corruption and bias in courts. Emphasis is placed on the need for a systematic approach to improving judges' qualifications, introducing modern technologies, and enhancing the organizational processes in the judiciary to strengthen public trust in the judicial system
