FOREIGN EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD OF PROTECTION OF SOCIAL AND LABOR RIGHTS OF MIGRANTS

This article analyzes foreign experience in the field of protecting social and labor rights of migrants. Kazakhstan is not only a country of origin, transit and destination of migrants, but also a country with an active influx of foreign labor. In order to organize legal labor migration and improve the efficiency of labor migration in developed countries, a successfully functioning system of international and national migration regulation has been created. This system includes the international legal level (international conventions and multi- and bilateral interstate agreements); national legislation in the field of labor, migration and related areas; institutional framework (government services, international organizations, civil society institutions). The authors studied the most successful practices in the field of adaptation and integration, ensuring social and labor rights of migrants.
