ESTABLISHMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF BANKING SERVICES IN THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract

The article examines the dynamics of the development of the banking system of Kazakhstan from the moment of independence to the present. Special attention is paid to the key stages of reforming the banking sector, including privatization, integration with international financial institutions and the introduction of innovative technologies. It describes current trends such as the digitalization of banking services, the growth of non-cash payments, as well as mergers and acquisitions of banking structures. In addition, the existing problems and challenges are analyzed, including the regulation of the sector, the low level of financial literacy of the population and the difficulties of lending to small and medium-sized businesses. In conclusion, the article provides recommendations for improving the competitiveness and sustainability of the banking sector in Kazakhstan in the global economy.  The purpose of this article is to identify the features of the development of the banking system.  This study was conducted through the integration of forms, methods and logical operations of research, using analysis and synthesis, abstraction and concretization, comparison, generalization and systematization, methods of descriptive statistics and statistical analysis, analysis and interpretation of data in graphs and figures. The author concludes that it is important to take into account all possible income and expenses, as well as to regularly monitor budget execution in order to adjust plans in a timely manner. Proper budgeting helps optimize the organization's activities and ensures its long-term development.
