Formation of political and legal views of professor Sh.A. Kurmanbaeva

Abstract

The article analyzes the system of political views of professor Sh. A. Kurmanbayeva, one of the most prominent
representatives of Kazakhstan's historical and socio-political thought during the period of Kazakhstan's independence.
The author gives coverage of the political position of Sh.A. Kurmanbayeva and substantiates its epochal determinants.
The process of formation of the political views of the scientist is considered, its historical and political creation is
analyzed, which exerts a huge influence on the younger generation in the formation of them as citizens, as individuals.
