LEGAL ANALYSIS OF THE PROGRAM TO IMPROVE THE WELFARE OF RURAL TERRITORIES OF THE NORTHERN REGIONS OF THE COUNTRY

Abstract

Annotation. The article is aimed at a deep, systematic and comprehensive study of the main economic, socio-cultural, environmental, political factors, both collectively and separately influencing the sustainable development of rural areas and agriculture on the example of rural areas of the northern regions of the country. The article analyzes the effectiveness of government program measures, assesses their impact on sustainable demographic, socio-economic development of northern rural areas, including border areas, and studies the relationship between sustainable development of rural areas and the development of the agro-industrial complex. The article also studies objective and subjective factors influencing life satisfaction of the rural population, the level of development of social capital, economic, socio-political, socio-cultural opportunities for the formation, development and implementation of human capital in rural areas and employment in the agro-industrial complex.
