The authors reveals the importance of the employment contract in resolving issues associated with the
involvement of the parties of labour relations to labor law liability.
This article argues that the existence of a labor contract is a necessary condition of any kind of responsibility
in the field of labor relations, and the lack of it suggests that this liability is not regulated by labor legislation.
