THE USE OF INNOVATIVE AND TRADITIONAL METHODS OF TEACHING GYMNASTICS AT THE UNIVERSITY

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problems of teaching gymnastics in universities. The author analyzes the main methods and technologies of teaching gymnastics at the university. The advantages of using innovative technologies in the learning process to increase the effectiveness of learning, motivate students and improve their athletic achievements are highlighted. The importance of combining traditional and modern methods of teaching gymnastics in the context of an integrated approach to learning is also noted.
