Some Aspects of Legal Regulation of Collection Activities secrecy by legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Abstract

The article considers a number of issues of legal regulation of collection activities secrecy within the
framework of commercial secrets under the civil legislation of Kazakhstan. Investigations of the volume, composition of
the collection activities secrecy and the subject composition of legal relations in this sphere were conducted. Authors
gave some recommendations in purpose to improve the legislative and local standards for prevention the illegal spread
of collection activities secrecy
