DOCUMENTS ABOUT THE ALASH MOVEMENT AS A HISTORICAL SOURCE IN THE STUDY OF POLITICAL PROCESSES IN THE LATE 19TH AND EARLY 20TH CENTURIES

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of documents on the Alash movement as a historical source in the study of political processes in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The author shows that Soviet and modern historiography has made a significant contribution to the study of the socio-economic and political development of the region, revealing the history of the formation and activities of the Alash party, studying the role of political exiles in the formation of socio-political thought in the Semipalatinsk region based on the materials of archival and museum collections in Semey.
