To the problem aspects of security activities (monitoring of legislation).

Abstract

In this article, the author examines in dynamics the problems of security activity in the territory of the Republic
of Kazakhstan. The main directions of the “improvement” of the legislative bases of the subjects engaged in security
and security activities are detailed. On the basis of monitoring the protection legislation, norm-gaps, collision-norms,
ineffectively applied and corruption-related norms are shown. Rule-making solutions to these problems are proposed.
