The article examines adolescence as a key stage in personality development. It describes the psychological characteristics of teenagers, such as emotional instability and the desire for independence. The article also highlights the physiological changes occurring in the body during this period. Particular attention is paid to the influence of the social environment and national traditions on adolescent behavior. The study is based on data from observations, surveys, and psychophysiological diagnostics, which allows for the identification of adaptation features in adolescents under various educational conditions.
