On the issue of qualification of criminal offenses infringing on environmental safety

Abstract

This article analyzes the subjective side of criminal offenses infringing on environmental safety, investigated
the scientific works of a large number of scientists from both the Republic of Kazakhstan and the near abroad.
Determining the subjective side of any criminal offense is practically the decision of the fate of the entire criminal case,
in some cases even the theory can not accurately give the correct answer to the main question. The author of the article
gives his own vision of a more successful qualification of the subjective side of criminal offenses infringing on
environmental safety, for a more accurate definition of the subjective side it is proposed to introduce a number of
changes in the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
