Features of the Institute raiding abroad

Abstract

The article analyzes the history of formation and peculiarities of the raiding institution in foreign countries. The
authors disclose raiders in terms of epistemological development and characterize the stages of its formation. The authors
investigated European and Asian countries with the most developed market economies, as well as the USA and Australia. The
authors gave their recommendations by means of a comparative analysis of the domestic and foreign legislation.
