Topical issues in countering corruption crimes in the quasi-state and private sector

Abstract

In this article, the author analyzed relevant issues of combating corruption in the quasi-public and private
sector. When investigating the issue, criminal statistics were studied, a survey was conducted, foreign experience was
studied, and criminological analysis of the research topic was conducted. The author proposes measures to improve the
current legislation, gives effective measures to combat corruption in the quasi-state and private sector
