In Kazakhstan, due to the rapidly changing market environment, the republic’s entry into the Turin process, the issues of
strategic planning are gradually reflected in the planning of educational organizations. However, to this day, a method of forming a
strategic development plan has not been developed, adapted to the educational environment of TPE, which expresses the relevance of this issue, since strategic planning is the main vector of sustainable development of the organization of education in the TPE system.
The mechanisms for designing the strategic vector of development should be - SWOT-analysis, goal-setting, indicative and
operational planning, control.
The article discusses the methodology of the strategic development plan for the organization of TPE system, substantiates the
relevance of strategic planning, presents the experience of developing a strategy for the development of MPSE “College of Business
and Service”.
