In modern society, the requirements for the level of creative activity and abilities, for self-education, and personal
abilities aimed at solving various tasks that arise in the course of professional activity are increasing. The requirements
for the personality of the future teacher are also being tightened. The article notes that the pedagogical skill of a teacher
directly depends on the skills of education and upbringing, taking into account the specifics of children, creating
favorable conditions for the development, improvement, spiritual and moral improvement of students. The master
teacher, setting himself many tasks, begins, first of all, to adapt his work to the modern educational space. In the article,
the author considers aspects of the problems of the readiness of the pedagogical abilities of the future specialist in the
works of many researchers, in particular, on the general pedagogical training of teachers.
