Abstract

In Kazakhstan, every second university trains lawyers. Meanwhile, the question arises - are lawyers in demand in modern
conditions and is there a future for the legal profession? Indicators of employment of graduates of legal professions are one of the
criteria for the effectiveness of universities and educational programs. In this regard, assistance in the employment of graduates
becomes an extremely important activity of the organization of education, ensuring its competitiveness and relevance.
The article analyzes the current employment status of graduates of legal professions in Kazakhstan, discusses the reasons that
graduates face in the employment process. By the example of a particular university, the ways of solving topical issues of assistance
to graduates of legal specialties in employment are presented.
The authors of the article substantiate that the modern formulation of the issue of employment for lawyers is due to the need to
carry out a comprehensive analysis of the content and ways to solve this problem through effective interaction between the
university, potential employers and the graduates themselves
