Abstract

The article notes that in the process of obtaining higher professional education, very significant transformations take
place in the personal and professional development of students. During the period of study at the university, not only the
familiarization with the specific character of the chosen profession, the acquisition of basic professional skills and skills
occurs, but also the value attitude to the profession and the motivation for future professional activity are formed. In this
regard, special importance for understanding the specificity of the formation of the professional position of a psychologist is
the study of the attitude of students of psychological universities to the content - the education they receive. Most of the most
important characteristics that determine the characteristics of the professional development of the personality of a specialist
psychologist in general and professional position in particular are formed and laid in the process of professional
psychological education.
