Formation in future economists of legal competence

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the results of a pedagogical experiment on the implementation of pedagogical
conditions for the formation of the legal competence of future economists at the stage of training masters in continuing
education. The results of the pedagogical experiment in the real conditions of the educational process for the formation of the
legal competence of future economists at the stage of their training in the master's program showed a significant increase in
their legal knowledge and the level of formation of legal competence in general. The effectiveness of the pedagogical
experiment was achieved thanks to the motivation of future economists to study legal disciplines as a necessary condition for
professional improvement, the introduction of innovative and information technologies, interdisciplinary integration and
improved professional discipline programs in the educational process. The developed educational and methodological
support for the formation of the legal competence of future economists in the context of continuing education took into
account the requirements for professional training in a competency-based approach.
