Formation of a culture of professional health of students as a means of educating future specialists

Abstract

Today, the education system is characterized by a radical change in the structure, purpose and content of training and
education, technology. Purpose: development of mental, personal mental qualities of a person with developed cognitive
abilities and able to Express themselves, and not the mechanical development of knowledge, skills and abilities of the
individual. The article describes the main scientific research on the problems of psychological health of the individual. If the
culture of professional health of the future specialist is closely connected with the high phenomena of the human soul, then in
contrast to medical, social, philosophical and other aspects, it is necessary to present an individual psychological and
acmeological aspect of personal health problems. It is noted that scientists consider psychological health as a criterion for the
effectiveness and goals of psychological services in the field of public education. At the same time, it was stated that,
accordingly, the culture of professional health is a set of professional characteristics of the individual, which are
prerequisites for calmness, social inclination, and successful self-realization.
