Abstract

In modern conditions, the need for competent specialists in various fields of professional activity is growing in society.
The changes taking place in the national education system are being addressed with respect to serious issues related to these
reforms and their evaluation. Today, special attention is paid to the formation and development of professional competence of
future teachers. The main problem in modern education in the context of socio-pedagogical organization is the problem of
training future specialists who are able to search for and implement effective new methods of innovation in the content of
education. In the logic of changing the level of self-regulation, the solution of educational tasks led to an increase in the
activity of students due to the help they received from teachers. The activity of self-regulation occurs in the subject of
educational activities and the direction of cooperation with teachers. The article deals with issues related to the development
of reflexive competence. Various approaches to the definition and structure of reflection are studied
