Self-activation of students –the basis of personal and professional developmen

Abstract

The article deals with the problems of self-realization and personal professional development of students. The
ways of formation of professional activity of the individual are shown. The problem of personal and professional
development was considered in psychology with several scientific directions. It is known that one of the main subjects
of education in a higher educational institution (university) is a teacher. Important is the priority of the social role of the
modern teacher in the humanization of education, in the process of teaching and educating students. In this regard, their
competence, creativity and development of personal and professional qualities require improving the quality and
effectiveness of education. Therefore, this article is of great importance.
