Abstract

After the various historical periods that a sovereign country has experienced, the study of the migration of our
people to other countries is of great importance and continues to grow. After the independence of the Republic of
Kazakhstan, genuine research began to be conducted with a new approach to the history of the Kazakh people,
including the need to study and understand the history of the socio - political situation and culture of the Kazakh people
who moved to China.
The main purpose of the article is a comprehensive study of the problem taking into account modern,
methodological approaches to the analysis of migration processes and political and social development of Kazakhs in
the twentieth century between Kazakhstan and China, as well as a comprehensive definition of the state of the Kazakhs
of China, the main directions of migration policy, the history of cultural development and its features.
The article analyzes the historical fate of the Kazakh people in the Chinese land in the twentieth century, their
arrogance and well-being, describes the culture and social status of their social relations, including in the education
system and education.
The theoretical basis is a comparative historiographical analysis and conclusions based on the principles of
historicity, reliability, reliability of scientific knowledge and evaluation and consistency of phenomena.
