Abstract

Abstract: This article examines the issues of the Horeca sector, which includes the segment of the hospitality and
catering services sector. As in the rest of the world, the Horeca sector is an important industry for Kazakhstan. The
statistical data presented by the Statistics Committee under the Ministry of National Economy confirm this. This
industry should receive its further development, and in this case, online stores are seen as a tool for further growth in
sales in the B2B sector, they act as an effective distribution logistics channel that allows you to bring the finished
product to consumers. The success of Russian online stores, not only in Russia, but also in Kazakhstan, makes one think
about the need for Kazakhstan's online commerce to reach a new level.
