Abstract

The article analyzes the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Advertising».

The purpose of the study is to provide suggestions and recommendations for improving the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Advertising».

For this purpose, comparative, formal-legal methods, the method of structural analysis and the problem-theoretical method of research were used.
