The work of Semipalatinsk women of the factory "Bolshevichka Ukrainy" during the Second World War according to archival documents

Abstract

This article presents research on one of the most heroic exploits and daily work of factory women at the large enterprise "Bolshevik of Ukraine" of the Semipalatinsk region during the Second World War. It was during these years that the status of the region as a center of light industry was finally established. The main most important strategic facilities were evacuated. The factory "Bolshevik of Ukraine" was the main large enterprise of the region, and the author also shows achievements, hard work, everyday life and shortcomings in the study of the topic of women's labor feat.

As a result of research conducted on the basis of archival data only, it can be seen that the women of the factory provided high-quality services, despite the difficulties of that time. The daily work of life in the archival documents of that time was very difficult from a psychological and moral point of view, reflecting the transitivity of a difficult period. Each fund containing unique documents is a historical fact filled with special heroism and dedication of the women of the rear.
