Relevance of criminal offenses in the field of family relations and criminal offenses against minors

Abstract

In the scientific article, the authors consider the causes of violence and crimes against minors in the field of family and domestic relations, and the need for a reassessment of the concept of crime against these crimes. In addition, it considered the types of criminal offenses against minors, which are widespread in the country. In conclusion of the article, the authors note that the ultimate goal of the study of criminal offenses and crimes committed against minors, family and domestic violence and crimes committed with minors, is to develop theoretical provisions and practical recommendations aimed at improving the Prevention of these crimes. It is noted that today's difficulties in obtaining education, the lack of a unique Center for coordinating the activities of youth organizations, the excessive amount of free time of teenagers, lack of control among them, and such circumstances are the basis for a sharp increase in juvenile delinquency.
