Well being in the work of a lawyer: a legal perspective

The article raises the problem of well being in work. The paper provides examples of the experience of foreign authors on the implementation of well-being programs in their personnel policy, which are a collective element of all personnel programs used in the organization, with confirmation of their effectiveness. The introduction of such programs in organizations makes it possible to improve the welfare of lawyers in their professional activities.
In fact, thanks to well-being at work, it becomes possible to revise logic and economic considerations in the light of occupational health. The prism of well-being in the workplace serves to humanize work and take into account not only technical and economic factors, but also human factors, which are often neglected, in the organization of work. The establishment of a link between the economy, labor organization and health care allows for an interdisciplinary dialogue. The authors of the article draw conclusions about the direct impact of this personnel technology on increasing the productivity of lawyers, which favorably affects their professional competencies.
