The legal culture of a society is characterized by the state and characteristics of public legal consciousness, the mass system of legal information, the level of development of legislation, the state of legality and legality in the country.Therefore, in our article, since legal culture is connected, first of all, with the level of development of the legal consciousness of the people, the ways of forming legal consciousness are shown by conducting a comprehensive analysis of the concept of legal culture.
