Development of technology for obtaining extract from plant raw materials using the hydroponics method

Abstract

This article substantiates the relevance of obtaining an extract using broccoli as an ingredient, which has pronounced anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties, which may be useful in the treatment of cancer. An optimal formulation and technology of an extract from plant raw materials for the prevention of cancer has been developed. The selection and study of an enzyme containing raw materials for the production of an extract and plant raw materials for the production of an extract used for the prevention of cancer were carried out. The quality indicators of the extract from plant raw materials for the prevention of cancer have been studied. During the study, a technology was developed for obtaining an extract from plant raw materials using the hydroponics method, which made it possible to effectively extract valuable biologically active substances such as isothiocyanates, sulforaphanes and glucosinolates from broccoli.
