Abstract

Social entrepreneurship is one of the important areas of entrepreneurial activity that requires due legal attention and appropriate government support. The transition of the state ten years ago to strategic reforms of socio-economic importance is undoubtedly a factor in the sustainable development of the state and the well-being of citizens. The social reforms being carried out in Kazakhstan today are an indicator of improving the lives of citizens. World experience shows us how important it is to develop such a type of entrepreneurial relationship as social entrepreneurship. Governments of economically developed countries have long taken bold initiatives, assessing the social needs of their citizens, all possible risks, forming proper legislation and working mechanisms of social support for entrepreneurs. The experience of leading foreign countries has certainly had a positive impact on the strategic decisions of our state and social enterprises have been actively created in Kazakhstan. However, there are problems and unresolved tasks for further improvement of the legal regulation of social entrepreneurship in the country, requiring theoretical research and legal analysis.
