Abstract

The article examines current trends in the development of innovative activities in the field of bakery production in the Semey region. The author analyzes marketing research in this industry and suggests directions for increasing the production of fundamentally new types of products and technologies, improving the quality of bakery, pasta and confectionery products and expanding the sales market, reflected in the developed innovation strategy.
