ECONOMICAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF SMALL BUSI-NESS

Abstract

The experience of developed countries shows that small and medium-sized businesses play a very important role in the economy, since its development affects economic growth, accelerating scientific and technological progress, saturating the market with the necessary quality goods, creating new additional jobs, that is, solving many pressing economic, social and other problems. The experience of the leading countries of the modern world proves the need for the existence of a highly developed and efficient small business sector in any national economy. Since the development of small business is one of the main elements of the system of competitive and sustainable development of the country's economy, I consider the topic of this article relevant to the present day of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The purpose of this article is to study the specifics of small business in Kazakhstan. In particular, an overview of the factors that shape the development of small businesses in the country will be given, the importance of state support, the impact of digitalization, the need for sustainability and skills development will be shown.
