FOREIGN EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD OF PROTECTION OF SOCIAL AND LABOR RIGHTS OF MIGRANTS WORKERS

Abstract

Annotation. This article considers the new Concept of Migration Policy, which is approved for 2023-2027, it provides for 7 main directions, including 2 directions related to the rights of migrants. The effectiveness of legislation in the sphere of protection of migrants' rights and its practical application is stipulated in the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Migration of Population». Based on the Constitution, international human rights obligations and national legislation, the Republic of Kazakhstan ensures the protection of migrants' rights in the sphere of migration processes. In this article, the author considers not only about the rights of immigrants, but also about emigrants who moved from their country to another.
